After breast reduction, lift and implant surgery, it is recommended to wait at least 3-4 months with strenuous physical activity, including strength training for the upper body. Although you may feel better after a few months, it is important to avoid any exercises that involve excessive pressure on the chest, such as those that activate the large muscles of the chest and shoulders, until you have fully recovered.
The beginning can include light exercises with light weights or elastic bands, but without excessive strain. Avoid exercises that involve stretching the chest or putting excessive pressure on the chest and shoulders until you get permission from your surgeon.
When youš the surgeon confirms that the recovery has progressed, you can gradually introduce more difficult exercises, according to your progress.
