I am 25 years old and have a hooked nose, I am planning a rhinoplasty. I'm curious, how long do the bandages last? Can the nose return to its previous state?

After rhinoplasty, bandages and a nasal splint are usually worn for 7 to 10 days. During this period, the nose is protected while the initial swelling decreases. After the bandage is removed, it is possible that the swelling will gradually disappear in the following weeks. Although the nose does not return to its previous state, because rhinoplasty permanently changes its shape, the operation is designed to achieve a natural and aesthetically pleasing result, in accordance with your wishes and facial proportions. The final result will be visible only after a few months, when all the islands have completely receded.
