I had liposuction before, but the results were not goodš the best, the skin is slightly relaxed. What is the best procedure for solving these problems? Also, I would like a breast augmentation and lift with fat transfer. Can these procedures be done simultaneously?

To deal with loose skin after liposuction, the best option may be laser skin tightening or abdominoplasty , depending on the degree of relaxation. Also, lipofilling (fat transfer) can improve the unevenness and shape of the skin.
Breast augmentation and lift with fat transfer can be done simultaneously with liposuction, provided that the procedure is planned in detail beforehand. This approach allows achieving better results in a shorter recovery period.
