Liposuction removes excess fatty tissue, but does not solve the problem of loose skin. If the skin on the stomach is loose, liposuction will not be enough to tighten it. In your case, a better option could be abdominoplasty (tummy surgery), which removes excess skin and tightens the muscles. It is possible to combine liposuction and abdominoplasty for better results.
