Asymmetric breasts after surgery
Question asked: - 18. 03. 2024
I had breast augmentation surgery in August 2019. The left breast is symmetrical and round, but the right breast is not evenly rounded. My surgeon refuses to help me, and it frustrates me. Is it normal for one implant to not be as symmetrical or full as the other and could I come to you to fix this problem?

Complete symmetry between the breasts after augmentation is not always guaranteed, as the anatomy of each body may be different. Occasionally, implants can be placed in such a way that one breast is slightly different from the other, which can cause asymmetry. However, in your case, irregularities at the bottom of the right breast may indicate the need for a corrective procedure, such as adjusting the implant or changing the position. If you feel dissatisfaction and frustration, I would definitely recommend that you come for a consultation so that we can assess the situation and develop a plan to solve this problem. Based on your wishes and current condition, we can find the best solution to achieve the desired look and symmetry.
