Correction of lifting of the lower eyelids
Question asked: - 19. 02. 2024
I had lower eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) to even out the fat pads under my eyes. I don't know what happened, but now my eyes are much smaller and the lower lids are raised too high. I don't look like before at all, I used to have big almond eyes. Is this fixable?

Dear,
I understand your concern. Correction of postoperative changes in the lower eyelids, such as excessive eyelid lift, is usually possible. Depending on the cause, different techniques can be used to restore the natural shape and appearance of the eyes. This type of correction may include loosening of the lower lids or reconstruction to achieve the desired result. I recommend that you consult with a specialist who will assess the condition and recommend the best treatment plan.
